Wow...

I went to go see The Nutcracker at the Houston Ballet for the second time ever.  It was so beautiful!  I love how fantastically talented these athletes are.  God truly has blessed them.

Even the set is amazing!  So beautiful down to the last detail.  I always get deeply moved by two parts of the ballet, the part where it snows and the Snow Queen does her dance and the end where The Nutcracker salutes Clara as she falls asleep after their adventures.

I will post pictures of Julia (my penguin buddy) and I at the ballet when I get them on my computer.  We had such a great time, catching up, seeing such a lovely ballet, dinner and dessert, and just enjoying each other's company.

Hello...

Ok, I have wanted to put one of these up for awhile and considered reopening the xanga account, but I had too much of my old life on it and decided to shut it down for good. So here it is.

I wanted a space to express myself outside of my journal (that I don't always have on me 24/7, but I should). I find myself in conversations, prayer, reading, working, etc and God downloads inspiration and I need a place to write it all down.

About me:
I live in Texas. Born and raised Texan (sixth generation Texan to be exact). I'm married to the most WONDERFUL man you will ever meet! God has fashioned us for each other. I could not have asked for a better headship.

I work for a Christian radio station. It has been rewarding and I love it!

I can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for us in the future. We are looking to buy a home soon, maybe have a few kids in the next few years, who knows?

I am currently working on a book series. It has been slow going because of time constraints, but I am hoping that this website will help me journal some ideas out.

Hopefully I can update as often as possible about what God is doing in my life.

Thanks for reading!
